A Beautiful Quote

I had to share this with all the mothers in the world but especially adopting mothers. I heard the most beautiful quote on the radio the other day. The women speaking about her own adoption said to "Let God write your motherhood story." It brought tears to my eyes. I think God definetly has a hand in the adoption process and you have to have a lot of faith just to make it through the paperwork but when you meet your child or children you just know that God brought you together.

I have to say thank you to all my AVMATS family. They threw me a shower/going away party today. I really had a hard time leaving and am going to miss my coworkers very much. You really don't realize how emotional the journey is sometimes but everything is making me cry right now. I am not sad, in fact I am so very happy, just very very emotional! Is that normal??

Court Date

We finally received our court date of December 5th!!!! We are really looking forward to seeing the kids and bringing them home to start our new life together. Here are some pictures of the finished rooms. As you can see we had some really great helpers to get everything done. We are very very lucky to have the best nieces and nephew in the world.
